This cuvée, made in its entirety from the 2010 harvest, benefits from a higher proportion of Chardonnay than the Brut Réserve, to the detriment of the reduced Pinot Meunier. The result is a finer, more classic champagne.
On the nose, this Premier Cru is enchanting, with notes of pineapple and dried fruit. There are also hints of vanilla and apple. The palate is supple and refined. Its soft, persistent bubbles add depth to the bitter citrus and honey aromas.
Finally, the finish blends length and power, making this champagne a perfect companion for aperitifs and meals.
