Description
Cuvée Tendresse from Jean Milan is a Blanc de Blancs champagne with the particularity of being dosed dry, i.e. sweeter than a brut champagne.
Made from Chardonnay from the Grand Cru d'Oger terroir (Côte des Blanc), it is a soft, round Blanc de Blancs.
Its dosage of around 20g/L gives it a smooth, honeyed touch.
Oger Chardonnays perfectly balance this dosage, adding freshness and minerality.
Cuvée Tendresse from Jean Milan offers pastry aromas, with a touch of citrus and honey.
A champagne to enjoy with dessert or foie gras.
