Description
Champagne Dizy Corne Bautray 2007 from Maison Jacquesson is a rare cuvée. Only 5,160 bottles and 300 magnums have been produced. Produced from a single parcel located on the terroir of Dizy, near Epernay. It's a steep, south-west-facing plot, with clay soil laden with millstone pebbles on Campanian chalk. Here, 9,000 Chardonnay vines, planted in 1960, enable us to produce this parcel-based cuvée in the best years.The 2007 vintage of Dizy Corne Bautray Jacquesson was vinified in oak foudres for 9 months before being bottled on June 27, 2008. It was then disgorged in January 2016. This is a Cuvée Nature, with no dosage.
