Each new iteration of Cuvée 7XX retains the house style, but adapts it to the year's harvest.
For example, the 2012 harvest gave birth to the balanced, light Cuvée 740, characterized by its power and finesse.
Cuvée 740 Jacquesson has a nose of floral and brioche notes. The palate is lively, taut and mineral. The superb end of the season and its limited yield make Cuvée 740 a champagne of remarkable precision and quality.
