Since no two years are alike, the Jacquesson champagne house produces a new Cuvée 7XX every year.
Each new iteration of Cuvée 7XX retains the house style, but adapts it to the year's harvest.
For example, the 2010 harvest gave birth to Cuvée 738, characterized by its power and finesse. It is made from 61% Chardonnay, 21% Pinot Meunier and 18% Pinot Noir. Reserve wines account for 33% of the blend, and come mainly from the very fine 2009 harvest. This cuvée is dosed as Extra Brut.
Cuvée 738 Jacquesson has a nose of floral and brioche notes. The palate is lively, taut and mineral. This is a cuvée of magnificent purity.
Cuvée 737 was produced in 254,774 bottles, 9,981 magnums and 300 jeroboams.
