Jean-Marc Sélèque's Pierry Rouge 2016 is a red wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. It's a fresh, crisp red wine to be enjoyed at the table.
This is Pinot Noir from the Les Gayères parcel, located on Pierry's Premier Cru terroir. These vines were planted in 1975.
The Pinot Noir is vinified for 10% in whole bunches and for 90% destemmed in stainless steel vats, then aged in oak barrels for 16 months.
Bottling took place in February 2018, without filtration.
This is an extremely rare cuvée, with only 272 bottles ever made.
