Cuvée Partition 2011 by Jean-Marc Sélèque is a champagne blended with remarkable precision.
Each year, to create this cuvée, Jean-Marc Sélèque selects 7 barrels, representing as many nuances and reflections of the Sélèque terroir. Seven barrels, like so many notes writing a score to interpret a unique vintage and year.
The 2011 vintage of Cuvée Partition is made up of 72% Chardonnay, 14% Pinot Meunier and 14% Pinot Noir.
The champagne is fermented in oak barrels, then aged for 48 months in the Sélèque cellars.
J-M Sélèque's Cuvée Partition 2011 benefits from a low dosage, around 2g/L, to let the champagne's aromas express themselves to the full.
