Partition 2008 by Jean-Marc Sélèque is a champagne blended with the precision of a music score.

Each year Jean-Marc Sélèque selects seven barrels which will compose this cuvee, each of them representing a nuance and a different aspect of the Sélèque terroir. Seven barrels like notes on a sheet of music interpreting a unique vintage.

For the 2008 vintage of Partition the harmony is created with 72% Chardonnay, 14% Pinot Meunier and 14% Pinot Noir, fermented in 228 litre oak barrels then aged for 4 to 5 years in the Sélèque cellars.

It is a lightly dosed cuvee at around 4g/L, to allow full expression to the aromas of this Partition 2008.
