Célébris Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut from the house of Gosset is lightly dosed (3,5 g/L) and made uniquely from Chardonnay. It’s a blend of 11 Premier and Grands Crus selected from the 1995, 1996, 1998 and 1999 harvests.

This refined and sensual champagne offers wonderful aromatic complexity, and distinguishes itself by its elegance, its purity and its harmony.

Célébris Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut is spun gold in color, luminous and concentrated, and shot through intermittently by intensely variable green gleams.

Its effervescence is generous, a veritable fountain of miniscule bubbles. The nose is expressive, extremely complex and highly distinguished.

It emanates waves of florality (hawthorn, eglantine, nettle, freesia and elderflower) and fruit (apricot, pineapple, yellow peach, mango and passion-fruit) so intense that you can almost taste them.

With movement in the glass it develops fragrances of warm pastries accompanied by dairy and buttery notes.

In the mouth the attack is full, concentrated, almost voluptuous. The structure is remarkable, the texture creamy, with intertwining flavors of crystalized and dried fruits (pineapple, orange, apricot and fig) caressed by smooth honey and delicately spicy aromas.

The final is long and persistent and skillfully mingles toasted notes with the soft sweetness of candied peel.
