The Confiance Blanc cuvée produced by Franck Pascal is a Côteaux Champenois Blanc, made from Pinot Meunier grapes.
This white wine is vinified from old Pinot Meunier vines from the 2014, 2015, 2017, and 2019 harvests. The 2014 grapes bring the finesse of the vintage, those from 2015 bring generosity and fullness, those from 2017 form the structure and its square character, and finally those from 2019 bring a mineral texture full of freshness.
This white wine has a lovely golden color.
The nose reveals beautiful notes of peach, and the attack is supple on the palate, with a silky texture and a mineral, salty finish.
