Description

From a parcel of siliceous limestone soils, this blanc de blancs cuvée reveals a strong personality that is both powerful and fine. This non-dosed champagne, i.e. 0g of sugar per liter, is produced according to biodynamic rules and is the result of a massal selection. Cuvée Les Rachais benefits from malolactic fermentation, which rounds out its aromas.

Rich on the nose, its fragrances are reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit, dried fruit and honey. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, structured and fine. The finish is sapid and long.

Ideal as an aperitif and, after a few minutes' aeration, a perfect accompaniment to fish or white meat dishes.
