Les Murgiers from Francis Boulard is a pretty golden yellow, illuminated by orangey yellow reflections. Its bubbles are fine and regular, with good intensity.
Nose
The nose is extremely complex, rich and intense, on notes of very ripe fruits, pear, quince and eau-de-vie.
Palate
The attack is fresh, the palate opulent, confident and vinous.
