Les Rachais 2008 made by Francis Boulard is a remarkable champagne that is one of the most representative of its terroir.

This flawless Blanc de Blancs is made from old vine Chardonnay (vines of over 45 years of age) planted in the silica and limestone soils of the Massif of Saint Thierry.

Les Rachais 2008 has been made from grapes grown in vineyards in conversion to organic agriculture. (certified Ecocert FR BIO – 01), with work in the vineyard and the winemaking being undertaken according to the lunar calendar.

Les Rachais 2008 is vinified on fine lees in oak barrels that have already seen several vintages. Its rich and captivating aromas evolve around white fruits, citrus, patisseries and dried fruit.

The mouth-fillingly rich and complex palate is full of finesse, with a persistent and powerful finish.
