Description
Les Rachais Rosé 2005 from Francis Boulard is a champagne of incredible finesse.
Made from Pinot Noir from two parcels situated on the Massif de Saint Thierry using the free-run method, which allows the champagne to develop unique aromas and colour by maceration of the grapes for 12 hours before being pressed.
This cuvee is vinified in small oak casks and undergoes malolactic fermentation for extra smoothness in the aromas.
Its dosage is very low, 2g/L, to allow the natural aromas their full expression.
Only 1954 bottles were made.
