The production of Champagne Chouilly Sorangeon 2019
This single-vineyard champagne comes exclusively from the Sorangeon locality, located in the Grand Cru terroir of Chouilly, in the Côte des Blancs. The chalky soil and ideal exposure give the Chardonnay remarkable tension and beautiful aromatic richness. The 2019 harvest allowed the grapes to reach optimal maturity while preserving their freshness.
Vinified with great precision, this cuvée is made exclusivelyfrom Chardonnay and receives no dosage (Brut Nature) in order to authentically express the purity of the terroir. Long aging on lees, combined with meticulous work in the cellar, reveals a deep and chiseled structure.
