Brice's Bouzy Rouge 2021 is a light, elegant red Coteaux Champenois. It's a wine to enjoy with red or white meat, or charcuterie.

It's a red wine made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy, and from two parcels in particular: Les Doyennes and Les Hauts Vaudayants.

This Bouzy Rouge 2021, created by Brice's cellar master Christophe Constant, is vinified and aged exclusively in 228-liter oak barrels for 18 months.

This is a red wine with a light color.

On the nose, there are lovely notes of crunchy fruit. Fresh and lively.

On the palate, it's a red wine of fruit, delicacy and freshness. The finish is very elegant and light.
