Description
The Bouzy Blanc Le Poteau 2021 from Brice is a Coteaux Champenois Blanc that is both fresh and dense. It is a white wine that can be enjoyed with starters or as an accompaniment to white fish.
This Coteaux is made from Chardonnay grapes from a single plot, Le Poteau, located in the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy. This plot was planted in 1960 on chalky soil.
This Bouzy Blanc 2021, produced by Brice's cellar master Christophe Constant, is vinified and aged exclusively in 228- and 350-liter oak barrels for 18 months.
The Bouzy Blanc Le Poteau 2021 has a sparkling golden color.
On the nose, it offers notes of ripe fruit, pastry, and spices.
On the palate, it is a fruity, delicate and fresh white wine. The finish is long and very elegant.
