Description
The Coteaux Blanc Les Hautes from Brice is a Coteaux Champenois Blanc that is both delicious and elegant. It is a white wine that can be enjoyed with delicate dishes.
This Coteaux is made from Pinot Noir grapes from four different locations: Grue, Tourtelotte, Hudrissé, and Basses Brousses, all located in the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy.
To create this cuvée, Christophe Constant, cellar master at Maison Brice, blended three vintages: 2018, 2019, and 2020.
The wines were aged partly in stainless steel vats and partly in oak barrels for 24 months.
This Coteaux Champenois Blanc has a sparkling golden color.
It is a wine that reveals notes of ripe fruit, pastry and spices.
On the palate, it is a full-bodied, expressive white wine that retains a nice tension in the mid-palate. The finish is lingering, salty, and elegant.
