Bollinger Rosé is the latest creation from this famous champagne house, and is the first time that Bollinger have produced a non-vintage rosé. It took all of 10 years to define a blend which would respect the famous «Bollinger style».

Deeply attached to this notion of style and identity, this family champagne house published an Ethical and Quality Charter in 1992, as witness to their desire to perpetuate their methods and culture.

This blend is 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier grown on the terroirs of Ay, Verzenay, Louvois, Mesnil sur Oger and Cuis.

The red wine which forms part of the Bollinger Rosé blend comes from Ay and Verzenay. It is lightly dosed at only 10g per liter.

Bollinger Rosé has an intense salmon pink robe with a generous mousse and lovely ripe red fruits on the nose, with the vinosity that is the Bollinger signature.

This is confirmed on the palate with the same red fruit, elegance and finesse and a good acidic balance, completed by a pleasingly lingering finish.
