Description

Bollinger is celebrating the release of the 24th James Bond film with a special vintage.

This cuvée is unique in that the 2009 vintage is reserved for this James Bond Spectre edition.

Cuvée Spectre Limited Edition by Bollinger is a rich, expressive champagne. Its blend is based on Bollinger's finest Grand Cru terroirs: 68% Pinot Noir (Aÿ 39% and Verzenay 29%) and 32% Chardonnay (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger 16%, Avize 8% and Cramant 8%).

Bollinger Spectre Limited Edition is a deep, intense golden color.

On the nose, it develops notes of white flowers and citrus, followed by hints of vanilla, dried fruit and brioche.

On the palate, this champagne has a clean, lively attack, followed by aromas of ripe fruit, quince paste and honey, with a finish reminiscent of bitter orange.
