This cuvee integrates the finesse of Chouilly with the power of the Avize vineyards and the structure and complexity of Mesnil-sur-Oger

The luminous gold robe of this Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru 2004 is starred with a myriad of fine and lively bubbles. This is a champagne which offers mineral and fruity notes, developing delightfully gourmand aromas of meringue and biscuit. Round and rich on the first palate, this superbly well-balanced cuvee evolving in a register of hazelnut and almond is powerful and vivid, in the image of its vintage. The finish extends lingeringly on majestic chalky notes.
