      The Billecart-Salmon Reserve, bottled and presented in a gift box, is a light and harmonious cuvée. With its subtle style and aromatic palette, it is perfect as an aperitif or to start a meal.

      The production of Le Réserve Billecart-Salmon champagne

      Composed of 28% Pinot Noir, 29% Chardonnay, and 43% Meunier, this cuvée is made from the best terroirs in Champagne. The Pinot Noirs from the Montagne de Reims and the Grande Vallée de la Marne bring structure and intensity, while the Chardonnays offer freshness and finesse. The Meuniers from the Marne Valley and the southern slopes of Épernay add a delicious roundness to the whole.

      The vinification, carried out mainly in stainless steel vats, preserves the delicate aromas. More than 50% of reserve wines enrich the blend, guaranteeing complexity and depth. This Extra Brut cuvée benefits from 50 months of maturation on lees, giving it exceptional elegance and freshness.

        The Réserve reveals a bright pale gold color, enhanced by fine, dynamic bubbles and a persistent mousse, evidence of its sparkling youth.

      • Palate

        On the palate, the subtle texture is balanced by a well-integrated acidity. Flavors of crisp apple, pear, andcitrus combine with toasty notes for a lingering, mineral finish.
