This Coteaux Champenois Fèrebrianges Rouge 2020 is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown on a single plot in the Petit Morin Valley, in Fèrebrianges, the commune where the Maison A. Bergère cellars are located.
The "Aux Entre Deux" plot is planted on clay-limestone soil and the vines are over half a century old. Maison A. Bergère is constantly striving to express the terroir to its fullest potential through nature-friendly viticulture.
The grapes from the 2020 harvest were macerated for several days in the vineyard and 50% of the bunches were destemmed.
This still red Champagne has a beautiful intense red color.
On the nose, you will discover delicious aromas of red fruits with hints of strawberry, followed by a slightly minty bouquet.
On the palate, the wine offers a beautiful structure with fruity notes such as black cherry, all supported by a lovely acidity.
This Fèrebrianges Rouge 2020 wine produced by Adrien Bergère is perfect with red meat or game.
