Alexandre Grimée champagne

Alexandre Grimée is a young winemaker who embarked on the adventure of winemaking in 2014 using vines planted by his grandfather in Bonneil (Aisne) in 1973. His guiding principle is to adapt to the year and the wine it produces, so that each vintage expresses its character and personality. The Alexandre Grimée estate obtained organic certification for the 2023 harvest.

Alexandre Grimée's wines tend towards a certain purity, which does not mean that his champagnes lack personality, quite the contrary. His Sous les Trous cuvée is a perfect example of this. It reflects both the style of the year and the atypical terroir of this little-known part of Champagne.
