Description
The cuvée Ultradition from Laherte is a supremely elegant blend of the three principal and traditional champagne grape varieties.
It embodies the essence of their domain with grapes from the southern slopes of Epernay, from the Marne valley and from the Côte des Blancs.
40% of the reserve wines used to make this champagne are matured in barrels.
The nose is lively, opening on citrusy notes and developing more indulgent aromas of patisseries after a few instants.
The cuvée Ultradition is wonderfully fresh, with its essentially mineral palate evolving into notes of white flowers and citrus fruits.
