Description
Brut Rosé from Fabrice Pouillon is a champagne full of character and gourmandize with aromas of cooked strawberries and a touch of spice.
This is a rosé made by maceration – its deep pink color and intense aromas being obtained by macerating the grapes for several hours, or even several days, at the beginning of the winemaking process.
It’s a technique which demands much skill and precision, and is only practiced by a small number of winemakers in Champagne.
Aged both in vats and in barrels, this Brut Rosé from Fabrice Pouillon is an excellent accompaniment to red fruit desserts, and also grilled red meat dishes.

Brut Rosé from Fabrice Pouillon is an orange tinted rose pink with garnet highlights. The bubbles are fine, insistent and intense.
Nose
The nose develops a wide palette of aromas, mingling red fruits, blackcurrant, raspberry and strawberry, with fresh mineral notes and a hint of spices.
Palate
Rich and suave in the mouth, the mineral notes on the middle palate create a perfect balance, and the intense red fruit flavors leave an overall sensation of pleasure.
Service
Ideal for aperitif, this champagne will also flatter red fruit based desserts. Serve between 8 and 9°C.
