By confirming your order on the Plus-de-bulles.co.uk website you confirm your full and complete acceptance of the present general conditions of sale.
The present contract is subject to French law. In the event of dispute, the court relevant to the headquarters of SICC for Plus-de-bulles.co.uk shall be solely competent.
ORDERING
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of information provided when placing an order : The Vendor cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in case of error in the destination name or address.
We will only arrange for delivery once we have received your full payment.
All our offers are subject to availability.
In view of the rare and speculative nature of certain products, we may be constrained to supply limited quantities. If this should be the case the available quantity shall apply by household (same name, same address, same e-mail address, same bank details or credit card)
Plus-de-bulles.co.uk reserves the right to refuse to fulfil an order in case of doubt concerning previous orders of such a product. Plus-de-bulles.co.uk reserves the right to refuse orders from customers considered to be dealing professionally.
DELIVERY AND RECEPTION OF GOODS
Plus-de-bulles.co.uk will do everything possible to arrange delivery of ordered products as quickly as possible, except for circumstances outside of our control. Circumstances exonerating us of the obligation to deliver include outbreak of war, riots, fire, strikes, accidents and loss of supply.
Delivery zones : We can delivery only to the following countries and zones : UK Mainland (England, Wales and Scotland), Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. We regret that we are unable to deliver to : the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, British Forces Post Offices (BFPO), Gibraltar, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Shetland and Orkney, OBAN depot and Inverness depot.
European deliveries are possible to the following countries : Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic .

Estimated delivery times for the UK Mainland (England, Wales and Scotland), Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are 3 to 4 working days, between Monday and Friday 8h to 18h.
Estimated European delivery times are 3 to 5 working days, between Monday and Friday 8h to18h.
Delivery will be made of the product ordered according to the terms and conditions direct to the named recipient. In case of absence at the moment of delivery a notification will be left in the letter box where there is one accessible, and the addressee may recuperate the parcel directly from the local depot specified. If we have been unable to leave a written notification a second delivery will be attempted. If this second attempt is unsuccessful then we will contact the addressee to make an appointment for delivery.
Delivery Information: Logistical preparation and shipping costs are inclusive of all taxes. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of delivery details.
Reception of Goods : Always check your parcel on arrival. If any item is missing or damaged you may bring this to the attention of the transporter within 48 hours after delivery.
RIGHT OF RETRACTATION
As an individual buyer, you have a right of return (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as amended by SI 689 2005), under which you can cancel your contract with us and return the products to us up to seven (7) days following the delivery of the products to you. At any time during this period if you wish to cancel your order please send us an e-mail at : contact@plus-de-bulles.co.uk to confirm cancellation. We will refund you within 14 days of cancellation or within 14 days following return of the goods in good condition if they have already been despatched.
PRICING
All prices are expressed in £ sterling.
Prices indicated in the product information do not include transport.
The price indicated on the order confirmation issued by Plus-de-Bulles.co.uk is the final price, including taxes. This price includes the price of the products, packing costs, packaging materials and transport. The prices indicated are inclusive of Mainland France tax (except in case of typing error) (VAT at 20%), but excluding transport.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. The following payment cards are accepted : Visa and MasterCard. We regret that we are unable to accept payment by American Express or Paypal. Cheques are not accepted.
An invoice will be forwarded to you by Plus-de-Bulles.co.uk. by e-mail. The wines remain the property of Plus-de-Bulles.co.uk until full and integral payment has been received.
We cannot open credit accounts for our customers.
Secure payment : Please note that your bank card payment is managed directly by our bank, Société Générale and our service provider, PayBox.
The transaction is completely secured, particularly at the moment of entering your card number directly in the bank’s server. The whole operation is encrypted thanks to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocol meaning that your card number is never visible.
You can check at the moment of the transaction that the address appearing in your navigator begins with https:// (s for secure) and that the page is marked with a small padlock symbol.
At no time does plus-de-bulles.co.uk have access to your bank details. This is why you are asked to supply them again each time you pass a new order on our site.
In addition, plus-de-bulles.co.uk have chosen to reinforce the security of your payments by adopting an additional process of authentication: 3D Secure used by banks since 2008, which verifies that the card being used is in the hands of its legitimate owner. If your bank is amongst those that have adopted this system you will receive a request for additional information, such as your date of birth or you may be asked to supply a code that you have received by text message.

We will attentively and sympathetically examine any issue or complaint that you may have, as we believe in the good faith of our customers.
