Maison Henriot is one of the last independent houses in Champagne. She develops fine and chiseled champagnes, evolving on mineral and delicate notes. The Brut Souverain is a good illustration of the house style, with round aromas and a lovely freshness on the palate. The Brut Rosé evolves in a similar register, with this airy touch and this delectable lightness. The Blanc de Blancs presents a thirst-quenching freshness and a very pleasant touch of citrus, while the Vintage offers more mature and rounded notes. The very beautiful Hemera cuvée demonstrates Henriot's know-how with an extremely fine bubble and superb fruity aromas.
